1.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "phjj," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the phjj online gaming platform accessible at phjj.org.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who registers for and uses a phjj account.
• "Platform" means the phjj website, its mobile-optimised interface, all games, and all associated services offered thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account through which you access phjj services.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" means the real-money balance held in your phjj account, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to your account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of bets required to be placed before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.

2.Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the phjj platform, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age;
2. Be a natural person (not a corporate entity acting on behalf of another);
3. Not be self-excluded from the phjj platform or from online gaming generally pursuant to PAGCOR's exclusion lists;
4. Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a phjj employee;
5. Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain that information in an up-to-date state;
6. Not be located in or ordinarily resident in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is prohibited by law.

phjj reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3.Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active phjj account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals therein.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration. phjj reserves the right to close any account found to have been registered with false, misleading, or incomplete information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your phjj account. You must:

• Not disclose your login credentials to any third party;
• Not allow any other person to access or use your phjj account;
• Notify phjj support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

phjj will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the phjj platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Crypto deposits are accepted and converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

Deposits: phjj accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and approved cryptocurrency channels. The minimum deposit is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. Deposits are credited to your wallet immediately upon successful processing.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Account identity verification must be completed prior to any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method registered in the account holder's verified name;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and PayMaya;
• phjj processes withdrawal requests within one (1) business day. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes of processing;
• phjj reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time;
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there are outstanding compliance, verification, or responsible gaming holds on your account.

phjj does not charge fees on GCash or PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to applicable interbank transfer fees as determined by the receiving institution.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

phjj offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in the promotion's individual terms;
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money balance first, except where explicitly stated otherwise;
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Live dealer games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots;
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements are satisfied;
• phjj reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms;
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play. phjj reserves the right to withhold bonus funds if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is exploiting bonus terms in bad faith.

6.Betting Rules

All bets placed on the phjj platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each game or market. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before placing a bet.

The following general betting rules apply across all phjj products:

• Bets may only be placed using available real-money balance or applicable Bonus Funds;
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed, except as expressly provided under specific sports betting in-play rules;
• phjj reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has concluded or where a technical error has affected the integrity of the game result;
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a live dealer game session, the outcome will be determined by the hand or round played at the table, which may differ from what was displayed on the player's screen;
• Maximum bet limits apply per game and per round and are displayed within the game interface. Bets exceeding published limits may be reduced or declined;
• phjj reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any player account at its sole discretion, including applying lower maximum win limits to specific accounts, without prior notice.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjj platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal information;
• Using a phjj account registered by or for a person other than yourself;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using any software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to exploit game mechanics or bonus systems;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the phjj platform or any game software;
• Using the phjj platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA and its implementing rules);
• Conducting chargebacks or payment disputes for deposits already used in gameplay without first contacting phjj support;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or phjj support staff in any manner.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the phjj platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, logos, game software, text, and trademarks, is the property of phjj or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from phjj's intellectual property.

Third-party game software made available through phjj (including titles from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective third-party providers and is governed by their licensing agreements with phjj. Players obtain a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use such games solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• phjj is not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruption, server downtime, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control;
• phjj is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform;
• phjj's total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arose;
• phjj is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security or for unauthorised access resulting from the player's own negligence.

10.Responsible Gaming

phjj is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are reminded that gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

phjj provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from the phjj platform.

All players must be 21 years of age or older to use the phjj platform. phjj strictly prohibits underage gambling and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

11.Termination

phjj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Request by the player for self-exclusion;
• Regulatory requirement or law enforcement request;
• Where phjj reasonably believes that continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Upon account closure due to a player's breach of these Terms, phjj reserves the right to withhold any balance, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals. Where closure is initiated by phjj for reasons other than player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phjj platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, unless resolved through the dispute resolution procedure outlined below.

Dispute Resolution: Before initiating any legal proceedings, players are required to submit a formal written complaint to phjj's support team. phjj undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through applicable legal channels.
